CREATING YOUR COMMISSION

For me to create the best portrait for you it is important that I have good images to work from. Please choose the image you would like the commission based on and send extra images where possible for reference.

Once the commission has been agreed on, you will need to pay your deposit. Your piece will then be completed ready for the agreed date. I will send regular updates as I go along, this will allow chances for any changes before the piece is sent to you.

You are under no obligation to buy your finished portrait, however your deposit is non-refundable, it covers the cost of materials.

I require a £10 deposit or 20% of the commission whichever is greater, before I begin work. Payment plans are available, and the balance must be cleared in full before or on the agreed finish date. Once this is paid the commission will be posted.

Your portrait can be collected in person or delivered locally for a small fee. Where postage is needed your portrait will be posted unframed and insured using Royal Mail. Current prices are available on the Royal Mail website. Framing is available on request.

Please be aware that many portraits may be delicate and easy to smudge. I recommend they are left in their clear envelope until it is framed.

Gift vouchers can be created on request for either full or partial payment of a portrait.

Each glass is personalised with the name or date for your wedding unless you have a preference for something else. As all products are made to order please allow 5-7 days for dispatch, up to 2 weeks for large orders. Parcels are posted by Royal Mail 2nd class.
